Notice on Adjusting Inspection Measures from NZ to CN
In order to strengthen epidemic prevention and control and ensure the health and safety of passengers going to China, according to the latest domestic requirements and in combination with local conditions, it is decided to adjust the time limit of the last nucleic acid test for all passengers before boarding and add a supervised antigen test (rat) from 0:00 on May 10, 2022. Specific requirements are as follows:
为加强疫情防控，确保赴华乘客健康安全，根据国内最新要求并结合本地实际，现决定自2022年5月10日0时起，调整所有乘客登机前最后一次核酸检测时限并增加一次有监督抗原检测（Supervised RAT）。具体要求如下：1. Passengers leaving the new flight for China after 0:00 on May 10, 2022, in the "binuclear acid test" or "nucleic acid antibody double test" before boarding, the sampling time of the last nucleic acid test is adjusted to 15:00 local time the day before departure. Other test items require no adjustment.
一、搭乘2022年5月10日0时之后离新航班赴华乘客，在登机前“双核酸检测”或“核酸抗体双检测”中，最后一次核酸检测的采样时间调整为出发前一天本地时间15时后。其余检测项目要求无调整。2. Passengers who leave the new flight for China after 0:00 on May 10, 2022 will be added with a detection time of supervised antigen detection after 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The test report submitted when applying for health code / health status statement must be issued by the designated clinic or pharmacy authorized by the new Ministry of health. In order to reduce the risk of travel infection, if there are no special circumstances, please select the remote video detection mode.
二、搭乘2022年5月10日0时之后离新航班赴华乘客，增加一次检测时间为出发当天上午9时后的有监督抗原检测。申请健康码/健康状况声明书时提交的检测报告须由新卫生部授权指定诊所或药房出具。为减少出行感染风险，如无特殊情况，请选择远程视频检测模式。3. In order to avoid delaying the trip, please be sure to complete the required materials and submit them to the review platform of the embassy and consulate in your consular area at the first time, and the upload time shall not be later than 19:00 on the day of departure.
三、为避免延误行程，请务必备齐所要求的材料，第一时间提交本人所在领区使领馆机构审核平台，上传时间不应晚于出发当天19时。4. Please continue to insist on "non-essential, non-urgent and no travel". Passengers who really need to go to China should do a good job in closed-loop management before travel and protection during travel. They should be self-isolated after nucleic acid or antibody testing. They should wear masks and goggles during travel to minimize entering the closed area and minimize the risk of cross infection.
四、请继续坚持“非必要、非紧急、不旅行”。确需赴华乘客请切实做好行前闭环管理和旅行途中防护，在核酸或抗体检测后进行自我隔离，旅行途中戴好口罩和护目镜等，尽量减少进入密闭区，将交叉感染风险降至最低。
